The Sphere Candle (Big) uses a larger mold than the regular Sphere Candle and is the largest piece on the iepoyo candle menu. The greater surface holds more layers, so you can build finer steps in the gradient. The finished candle is too large to fit in your palm and has real presence on display. It suits anyone who wants to spend the full 90 minutes on a single piece.

Big Sphere Candle Experience: Step by Step (About 90 min in total)
Decide the theme and colorsAbout 20 min
The larger the piece, the more the color plan shapes the result. Settling on a theme first, such as the Miyakojima sea and sunset or the night sky and stars, and then choosing colors to match gives a cohesive piece. Take your time and build it up with our staff.
Make the base layerAbout 15 min
Pour the first layer into the extra-large mold. With more wax it takes longer to set, which makes it easier to blend the boundaries between layers smoothly.
Build up the layersAbout 35 min
The heart of the experience. Because you can stack more layers than in the regular sphere, you have more room to express yourself: finely graded colors for a natural gradient, or gold leaf and glitter (option, JPY 500) sealed between the layers.
Remove from the mold and finishAbout 20 min
Once set, the candle comes out of the mold and the surface is smoothed into a clean sphere. With the larger size, the wick position is adjusted with extra care.

- A. Yes. The gold leaf & glitter set (JPY 500) is available as an option. With its larger surface, the way light catches when they are scattered between the layers looks different, opening up more ways to express yourself.
