Instagram DM
You can also book via Instagram DM. Open our profile and message us with your preferred experience, date, time and number of participants.
Book via Instagram DMWe take bookings via our official LINE account or Instagram DM. Same-day bookings are welcome when seats are available, so feel free to ask us.
Payment
Payment is made on the day at the shop, by cash or credit card. We do not accept QR code payments.
Booking the shisa experience
Just send a message saying "Shisa experience" and that is all it takes.
Cancellation
Please send cancellations to our official LINE account or by Instagram DM.
Candle experience: cancel by 17:00 the day before your experience. Cancelling on the day or without contacting us is 100% of the price.
Shisa experience: 50% of the price the day before, and 100% on the day or for a no-show. There is no cancellation fee if we cancel for safety because of a typhoon or disaster.
