Handmade Experiences in Miyakojima:
Will You Make a Candle or a Shisa?
At iepoyo candle we offer two handmade experiences: candle making, layering colors inspired by the Miyakojima sea and sunsets, and Shisa making, shaped and finished from clay. Both take place indoors, and all materials and tools are provided, so you can join with nothing to bring.

Choose from four shapes, Shell, Sphere, Pillar or Sphere Big, and layer colors inspired by the Miyakojima sea and sunsets into a gradient that is yours alone.

Shisa Making Experience

You shape the face from clay, bake it and paint it. The lower body comes from a ready-made mold, so unlike layering colors in a candle, you decide the mane and the expression yourself.
